I offer consultation services by the hour, as well as comprehensive Landscape Plot and Planting Plans.
I seek to serve my clients by offering suggestions based on their goals, desires, and functional needs, the strengths and limitations of the site, as well as my design aesthetic and experience.
With this in mind, along with careful consideration of the needs of a client and their site, I am able to create landscape plans of any size that bring out the best of an outdoor space.
I approach design with a focus on utilizing plants and structural elements with interesting contrasts in color and texture that provide year round appeal. I am also interested in creating sustainable gardens, keeping in mind the use of hardy, drought tolerant and deer resistant plants, as well as fire wise arrangement of spaces and structures.
I also love to leave opportunities for beautiful additions of annual color and texture–especially in pots!
Partner with LT Landscape Design to create beautiful, functional, and inviting outdoor spaces.
I have been passionately transforming landscapes for over 25 years, approaching each design with a personal drive to bring out the best in outdoor spaces. No matter the climate or the plant pallet available, I love using the extraordinary natural beauty of individual plants to create stunning combinations, continually exploring the use of unusual plants and structural materials, as well as the usual ones in unique ways.
I love spending as much time as possible outdoors and take great inspiration from the gorgeous natural landscape of Central Oregon, as well as anywhere else in our beautiful state or the world I have the opportunity to explore.
I strive to share the strong connection I feel to gardens and the natural world through the creation of spaces to gather, relax, play, and work.
The process starts with an initial consultation. If it is determined that further design consultation or plans would be helpful, I will follow up with notes describing the clients desires, my intentions and suggestions, as well as a description and estimate for further design work.
Though the cost of the design work will depend on the unique needs of each client or property, a design estimate will include a description of proposed services which may include the following:
